week one

it's been a full week since she left. I missed her the first minute she walked out. to make matters worse, it's our wedding anniversary today. I wish I was making this stuff up but I aint. I am taking the "play it cool" route and refraining from rivers of tears when we meet. tomorrow is our date night and I hope dinner goes well.

so sad

tonight my wife took the kid to her place for a few days, so this is my first night without our baby in the house. it feels like everyone is dead because it is so quiet. i miss my kid. i also miss my wife. we are now into day four of her being leaving our house. she has come over a few times for dinner but then grabs some of her stuff and leaves. i barely get a hug from her.

wife needed space to clear her head from all the clutter in our lives. today she left after spending a week getting her apartment sorted out. I miss her already.
